Impact Report
SUMMIT CHURCH
Reporting Period:
Nov 2024–Nov 2025
This year has been full of moments that matter.
From an amazing School Supply Drive helping students and teachers across Seminole and Orange County, to care communities surrounding foster families, to supporting two new church plants, we’ve seen God at work in and through our community.
Students and kids engaged in worship. Volunteers donated thousands of hours. People trusted God with their finances, giving selflessly—many for the first time, taking a step of obedience in their generosity. Rooted groups met. Mission trips happened. Baptisms were celebrated. Through highs and lows, Summit stayed focused on creating a space where people can find and follow the way of Jesus.
Let’s celebrate what God has done and continues to do through you!

Cups of coffee brewed
We love our coffee—and here’s why! The beans are largely sourced from an agricultural mission in Indonesia, they’re roasted by a company fighting human trafficking, and the proceeds support friends of Summit who are church-planting in a closed-access area of North Africa.
Times a person heard that they mattered to God
Across every Summit environment — from weekend services and online worship to kids, students, volunteers, classes, groups, mission trips, and retreats — people heard that they mattered to God more than 92,000 times this year.
Summit Online
This Easter, we launched our live-streaming platform, allowing viewers to join Sunday services in real time. No longer just pretaped recordings, people can now experience teaching as it happens—connecting with Summit from anywhere. Since the launch, hundreds have engaged online, expanding our reach beyond the walls of the church.

Serve Selflessly
Volunteer hours given
At Summit, generosity isn’t just about giving financially—it’s about showing up with our time and talent. This year, our people served selflessly in every corner of the church and community, from leading in Base Camp and Students to caring for foster families and teachers. Together, we’ve seen what happens when hundreds of volunteers give thousands of hours to make God’s love visible.

Investing in Church Plants
Committed to seeing God’s Kingdom grow—not just here at Summit, but through new churches across our city and state—we partner with select church plants we trust and share vision with, walking with them through their first 3–5 years. This year, we invested in two new church plants:
King’s Cross Orlando — Launched February 2025 with Pastor Cesar Contreras. Supported through the Orlando Church Planters Network with funding, encouragement, and guidance.
Redemption Tallahassee — Launched September 2025 with Pastor Shannon Butler in one of Florida’s most underserved areas. Supported through Stadia with financial investment and ongoing mentorship.
Investing in Families
This year, we became a Care Portal partner.
CarePortal connects local churches with the needs of children and families in crisis, allowing us to respond quickly and meet real needs in our community.
34 Children served
$3617.69 Given toward rental assistance, car seats, bunk beds, diapers, wipes, formula, school uniforms, and mattresses. (This amount also includes CarePortal funds donated from community responders.)

Investing in Lives
We partner with organizations around the world doing God-honoring work, caring specifically for vulnerable children and families.
Africa Windmill Project and World Relief are two of our Global Partners making an impact:
2024 Christmas Eve Offering
$101,470
Our 2024 Christmas Eve offering supported Josiah and Sarah Kirisuah and their ministry through the Christ-Inspired Pastoralist Initiative (CIPI).
Because of your generosity, they’ve been able to provide:
70 new water tanks in their village
A six-acre concrete and chain-link fence to protect livestock
Solar panels and a solar-powered battery system to power
evening gatherings and events
New Youth and Sunday School classrooms
As we look ahead, we do so with gratitude for all God has done and with expectation for all He will continue to do.
Our prayer is that Summit remains a place where people find authentic community, make a lasting impact in the lives of those we’re called to serve, and take their next right step in following Jesus.
The story isn’t finished—and we can’t wait to see what God writes next.
